Hi friends! The Week 4 January 30 day Challenge recap is coming at you! As a refresher, my 30 day challenge is to spend 30 minutes outside everyday. Because I do work from home, I tend to spend a lot of time inside – eating, cooking, working, blogging etc. Sunlight and fresh air is so important!
Hello! I’ve been so busy posting recipes for you all (and celebrating Sergio’s birthday!) that I did not post my 30 day challenge recap last week! 🙁 So I’m combining the first two weeks (its more like 3 weeks /18 days but the first post I would have done would’ve been 1/12/18 anyways because the first week was so short).
2018 Goals, yes, I am a few days late. But these goals are meant to cover the entire year of 2018, so I did not feel the need to publish right on 1/1/18. Every year on New Years Eve I make a list of things I want to implement, improve etc during the following year. I thought I would share with you where I hope to be in a year with my fitness, blog, health & a few random things. This list is not all inclusive!
