I decided to eat vegetables with every meal in September. Generally I eat a lot of vegetables (or so I thought!), so I thought this would be easy. Wrong! First lesson, I do not consume as many vegetables as I originally thought – welcome the lunch struggle.
In January I completed Whole 30 and it was a very empowering experience. Over those 30 days, I felt great – the best, ever! I actually continued for another 15 days because I didn’t want to stop feeling so good. I learned sugar is in absolutely everything – no seriously – everything!
