Today on the blog I’m recapping my workouts for the past two weeks & sharing some photos from my New Orleans trip this past week!
Holy February! Where did January even go? I’ve been keeping it consistent with my workouts, which is great! This week was one gym session and the rest trainer workouts.
I’M BACK!! This week was great! I am feeling great and feeling like I’m back on track! So exciting!!

If you have suggestions for me, PLEASE comment below 🙂 Week 2 & Week 3 – Weekly workouts: I promised as part of my 2018 goals to share my weekly workouts regardless if I worked out or not. Basically, in the last two weeks, I’ve done two workouts (shown below) on TrainerRoad.
After such a great week last week, I woke up Sunday morning with a massive headache. I started getting a headache Saturday night and woke up Sunday with absolutely no energy. On Saturday, I ran during the midday heat and when I got home after my run, I had celery with peanut butter for lunch which was definitely not enough food.
