For Christmas, my husband got a rotisserie attachment for our grill…now literally everything I eat comes off the rotisserie (only a slight exaggeration).

We’re hosting friends the first few weeks in January & my husbands birthday is early January too! We do plan on eating mostly paleo until our Whole 30 starts. After all the holiday sweets & delicious drinks, I am ready for some clean, whole food. No more sugar!
I LOVE tomato meat sauce. It is nearly impossible to find a tomato sauce that does not have added sugar, on Pinterest or in the grocery store so I resorted to creating my own! This version of my favorite comfort food is gluten free, Whole30 compliant and paleo! I typically serve this meat sauce over roasted spaghetti squash. A few other delectable pairings are: Zoodles (zucchini noodles) Sweet potato noodles Quinoa pasta Cooked veggies (I put leftover sauce on top cooked veggies – cauliflower and asparagus – so good!) It is starting to get cold outside and this is a good meal to ease back into cooking inside with the oven. In the summer we seem to grill almost every night – our default cooking method. These stuffed bell peppers have to be one of my favorite meals, EVER! They are so good and so versatile. There are so many versions of this and trust me when I say several different versions will make it on the blog! This ground beef stuffed pepper dish looks fancy too (stuffed anything looks fancy!)! And it’s super easy to make!
