Grapefruit Ginger Basil Mocktail

grapefruit ginger basil mocktail

Grapefruit Ginger Basil Mocktail, yes please! This mocktail is easy & refreshing – perfect for summer nights when you’re looking for a fun drink option without alcohol.

I posted my Grapefruit-Pom Mocktail a little while ago in March and it has been so popular! During Whole 30 that was my go-to drink at night. It’s so easy and makes you feel a little fancy. This Mocktail is equally as good but isn’t Whole 30 compliant. Don’t let that deter you from making this though!

This week has been crazy busy, of course. I’m off work Thursday and Friday because I’m going to Palm Springs to celebrate Julia (see the Blood Orange Beer-ita I made last weekend!) So far this week has been random thrown together meals and the fridge is getting bare. We’re talking just some spinach, two turkey burgers and some avocado for lunch. I guess that is what I get for not meal-prepping last weekend. I just ran out of my favorite salad dressing too, ugh!

Also, Palm Springs is supposed to be 100 degrees! I know I’ve been talking about warmer weather but I am in no way prepared for that kind of heat, yet. I am going to need all the cold water and live in the pool! I’ve been to Palm Springs once with my mom a few years ago, it was when I first started my blog; I wrote a post about it, which you can find here. This time should be a little different – more drinks and pool time for sure. Comment below if you’ve been to Palm Springs! Cheers!
