If I have a busy morning, I’ll get up and throw everything in the Instant Pot while I’m making coffee. The best part is I can come back whenever and eat these Instant Pot Steel-Cut Oats! Perfect Instant Pot Steel-Cut Oats - EASY 3 minute delicious breakfast using the Instant Pot. No watching the stove, either!
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 cup water [+ a little bit extra to loosen oats after cooking]
- 1 cup steel-cut oats
- 1 tsp hemp seeds
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- goji berries
- agave nectar
- fresh fruit
- sprinkle of cinnamon
Place milk, water, and oats into Instant Pot. Place lid on Instant Pot, make sure it’s properly sealed and add 3 minutes on the manual setting
When it’s complete, wait for the Instant Pot to depressurize naturally. Open, add extra water, if desired, top with toppings of choice, serve & enjoy!
