Salba Chia has more omega-3s and protein than the common chia seed & they have fun varieties – whole, ground. probiotic and chocolate. Make sure to check them out!
This jam is SO simple and only takes 5 ingredients to make! (Salba chia being the most important) It’s also paleo friendly, gluten-free, dairy-free and there’s a whole 30 option. It’s perfect with some yogurt or on some sweet potato toast. Cheers!
