Thanks to Salba Chia for making this post (Mixed Berry & Cherry Chia Jam) possible. They really are the most powerful chia seeds on the planet.
Mixed Berry & Cherry Chia Jam – finally a paleo jam that isn’t filled with sugar!
If you’re not familiar with Salba Chia, you should be, you can read more about why here. Salba is actually a variety of chia that has extremely high nutritional value. I did not know this but chia’s nutritional value can depend greatly on where the chia is actually grown! Salba Chia has more omega-3s and protein than the common chia seed & they have fun varieties – whole, ground. probiotic and chocolate. Make sure to check them out!
This jam is SO simple and only takes 5 ingredients to make! (Salba chia being the most important) It’s also paleo friendly, gluten-free, dairy-free and there’s a whole 30 option. It’s perfect with some yogurt or on some sweet potato toast. Cheers!
Mixed Berry & Cherry Chia Jam - Paleo friendly & Whole 30 option! Only 5 ingredients makes this a clean jam - perfect for yogurt or toast.

Process until fruit is desired size (less time = larger pieces of fruit). Remove from food processor and place in large air-tight container, mix in chia and honey (if using). Put lid on container, shake well, and put in fridge. Enjoy!
