Whiskey Kombucha Cocktail

Love or hate kombucha? It’s always a strong feeling either way. Am I right? Well, I don’t hate it (I think it’s tastes like healthy beer) but I also don’t love it (not my first drink of choice), so does that make me in the middle? I try to drink it more often these days to keep my gut health in check. How do you feel about it? Comment below!

This Whiskey Kombucha Cocktail is a little tart and not overpowered by any one ingredient. I first discovered High West Distillery in Park City, Utah during my bachelorette party. We toured and tasted in the Park City Saloon –  it’s safe to say nothing productive occurred when we left. Anyways, I received this Rendezvous Rye bottle as a Christmas present last year (2016) and kept saving it. Finally, I broke it out and I’m sure glad I did! This Whiskey Kombucha Cocktail is delicious and will be gone before you realize. I’ll be posting a few more drinks leading up to New Years Eve so you have some options! Cheers!

  2. Strain into two cups filled with ice. Top with kombucha and lemon garnish. Serve immediately & enjoy!
