Christmas is officially 6 days away! December is flying – literally. Yesterday I planned my Christmas dinner menu which you can read about here. It has been so cold in Reno lately, I keep turning the heat up in our house. I think we started winter at 68 degrees and right now both upstairs and downstairs are at 72 degrees. A few other delectable pairings are: Zoodles (zucchini noodles) Sweet potato noodles Quinoa pasta Cooked veggies (I put leftover sauce on top cooked veggies – cauliflower and asparagus – so good!)
