Garlic Roasted Broccoli

Delicious whole 30, paleo, gluten-free and dairy-free side - Garlic Roasted Broccoli


  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil [EVOO]
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 lb broccoli florets
  • salt flakes [optional garnish]


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Combine EVOO and minced garlic in a small bowl

  2. Add broccoli into a large bowl. Pour oil and garlic mixture over broccoli and mix well

  3. Spread evenly on lined baking sheet and cook for 22 minutes or until edges start to crisp

  4. Remove from oven, transfer to serving dish, garnish with salt flakes & enjoy!
