Instant Pot Steel-Cut Oats

Perfect Instant Pot Steel-Cut Oats - EASY 3 minute delicious breakfast using the Instant Pot. No watching the stove, either! 

Ingredients

Steel-Cut Oats

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup water [+ a little bit extra to loosen oats after cooking]
  • 1 cup steel-cut oats

Optional Toppings [as shown in photos]

  • 1 tsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • goji berries
  • agave nectar
  • fresh fruit
  • sprinkle of cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Place milk, water, and oats into Instant Pot. Place lid on Instant Pot, make sure it’s properly sealed and add 3 minutes on the manual setting

  2. When it’s complete, wait for the Instant Pot to depressurize naturally. Open, add extra water, if desired, top with toppings of choice, serve & enjoy!
