Simple Roasted Asparagus

Simple Roasted Asparagus - the perfect spring side dish! Only takes 15 to make & bake. As always, whole 30 approved, paleo friendly, dairy-free & gluten-free. 


  • 1 lb asparagus, ends trimmed
  • 1 tsp extra-virgin olive oil [EVOO]
  • salt, to taste
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced [optional]


  1. Preheat oven to 500 degrees F. Trim asparagus ends. In a large bowl, mix EVOO, asparagus and salt together

  2. Place asparagus on baking sheet, in a single layer. Cook for 8-10 minutes. Remove from oven, sprinkle with lemon juice, serve & enjoy!
