Mixed Berry & Cherry Chia Jam

Mixed Berry & Cherry Chia Jam - Paleo friendly & Whole 30 option! Only 5 ingredients makes this a clean jam - perfect for yogurt or toast.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen mixed berries
  • 1 cup frozen cherries
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup salba chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp honey [optional]

Instructions

  1. In a large sauce pan, heat mixed berries, cherries and lemon juice over low-medium heat. Once fruit is broken down and boiling, remove from heat and place into food processor. Process until fruit is desired size (less time = larger pieces of fruit). Remove from food processor and place in large air-tight container, mix in chia and honey (if using). Put lid on container, shake well, and put in fridge. Enjoy!
