I’d like to introduce Curry Roasted Cauliflower. Curry roasted anything is delicious. It just adds so much flavor! This side is whole 30 compliant, paleo friendly, and delicious! Cauliflower is a great low-carb option. It pairs well with just about everything – curry, cheese, other veggies, meat, and tacos! If you think cauliflower is bland, think again – it’s really all about the seasoning! Cauliflower is versatile, embrace it!
If you’re looking for the perfect, easy Christmas morning breakfast that is not sweet & packed with protein – look no further – you have found the perfect recipe! Once the veggies and meat are pre-cooked, it goes into the oven and you can get back to opening presents. Or playing with toys, no judgements. 40 minutes later and BAM, breakfast is served. This casserole is paleo and whole 30 compliant. I do have to admit I don’t really like the word casserole. It’s so old school… but at least when I use it people know what I’m talking about. […]

I need dessert suggestions, so please let me know if you have any! These roasted brussel sprouts with cranberries and bacon WILL be making a Christmas dinner appearance! Anything with bacon is generally a hit, so may as well sneak some greens in with the bacon.

The problem is that it’s STILL cold in the house! Also, isn’t 72 the recommended temperature where most people are happiest? I am not sure I am happy when I’m cold all the time inside my house. Anyone else with me?
I LOVE tomato meat sauce. It is nearly impossible to find a tomato sauce that does not have added sugar, on Pinterest or in the grocery store so I resorted to creating my own! This version of my favorite comfort food is gluten free, Whole30 compliant and paleo! I typically serve this meat sauce over roasted spaghetti squash. A few other delectable pairings are: Zoodles (zucchini noodles) Sweet potato noodles Quinoa pasta Cooked veggies (I put leftover sauce on top cooked veggies – cauliflower and asparagus – so good!)
