This is the first year that we’re hosting Christmas and I am beyond excited! It’s time to bring out all the wedding registry items that I haven’t used yet! And, full disclosure, I may have ordered some new tabletop decor just for this occasion.
It has been so cold in Reno lately, I keep turning the heat up in our house. I think we started winter at 68 degrees and right now both upstairs and downstairs are at 72 degrees. The problem is that it’s STILL cold in the house! Also, isn’t 72 the recommended temperature where most people are happiest? I am not sure I am happy when I’m cold all the time inside my house. Anyone else with me?
Enter the potato fritter… it’s the perfect base or bottom and top for a sandwich. It can basically replace bread.
I can’t believe it’s December already – November flew by! When Christmas decorations first appear in the store I always think Christmas is so far away…then, BOOM, December sneaks up and Christmas is just around the corner. My December challenge was inspired by the book The Obesity Code by Jason Fung. Side note, a book overview is coming soon, I promise, November totally got away from me and I spent all month running!
