Acai Smoothie Bowl

Acai Smoothie Bowl - this is my go-to acai smoothie bowl recipe! Filled with nutrition! Load up the toppings for an extra boost! This bowl is whole 30 compliant, paleo friendly, dairy-free & gluten-free!

Servings 1 acai bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1/2 cup frozen riced cauliflower
  • 2 tbsp acai powder
  • 1/2 cup almond milk

Optional Toppings

  • chia seeds
  • hemp seeds
  • shredded coconut
  • pumpkin seeds
  • fresh fruit
  • coconut yogurt

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients into high-powered blender. Start the blender SLOW & LOW until everything is in small bits. (This may require scraping down the sides) Then, turn the blender on high until completely smooth. Pour/scrape mixture into bowl, top & enjoy!
