Finally, I’m happy to be posting my go-to Acai Smoothie Bowl recipe! This bowl is filled with antioxidants and nutrients to fuel your body! It’s perfect for those hot days, whenever they decide to come around again.
My love for Acai Smoothie Bowls basically just started…every time I’ve ordered bowls out they are FILLED with sugar. The strawberries used in the smoothie are frozen with sugar and then the entire bowl is topped with honey or sugar-filled granola (or both). I never felt good after eating this store-bought version and could not understand the craze!
So… I tried to fix it! My version has a frozen banana, 1 cup of frozen fruit, acai powder, cauliflower rice and almond milk! Toppings are optional but I’ll often add some fresh fruit, if I have any in the fridge. Top your Acai bowl with healthy fats (shredded coconut, seeds – chia, hemp & pumpkin, nuts, or coconut yogurt) and it will keep you full until your next meal. I will note that I always do best with this Acai Smoothie Bowl for lunch and a savory breakfast. I hope you enjoy this bowl as much as I do! Cheers!

- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1/2 cup frozen riced cauliflower
- 2 tbsp acai powder
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- chia seeds
- hemp seeds
- shredded coconut
- pumpkin seeds
- fresh fruit
- coconut yogurt
Combine all ingredients into high-powered blender. Start the blender SLOW & LOW until everything is in small bits. (This may require scraping down the sides) Then, turn the blender on high until completely smooth. Pour/scrape mixture into bowl, top & enjoy!
